1. Services Provided

ProWise Financial Solutions LLC provides:

• Bookkeeping services
• Payroll and payroll tax processing support
• Business registration and EIN assistance
• Financial system setup and organization support
• Business compliance documentation support

We do not provide legal advisory services or income tax preparation services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner
• Review financial reports and notify us of discrepancies
• Maintain responsibility for final approval of government filings

The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.

3. No Legal or Tax Advisory Services

Our services are limited to bookkeeping, payroll, financial organization, and business setup assistance.

We do not:

• Provide legal advice
• Offer income tax preparation or tax advisory services
• Represent clients before the IRS or other authorities

Clients are encouraged to consult qualified legal or tax professionals when necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement or service proposal.

• Payment terms must be met as agreed
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Financial records and personal data are handled with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProWise Financial Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business losses resulting from client decisions
• Penalties arising from inaccurate client-provided data

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services during the applicable engagement period.
