Sheetal Darediya is the founder and visionary behind ProWise Financial Solutions LLC, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and business operations.

Her professional journey spans multiple industries—including travel, taxation, IT operations, and bookkeeping—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the financial and compliance challenges faced by small business owners and entrepreneurs.

With a Master’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Information Technology, Sheetal uniquely blends deep financial expertise with a modern, technology-driven approach. She holds certifications in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Income Tax Preparation, and has served as a Tax Associate at H&R Block as well as an IT Operations Coordinator Intern, supporting both technical infrastructure and client financial systems.

As a former travel agency owner, Sheetal managed day-to-day operations, customer accounts, vendor relationships, and financial reporting—providing her with firsthand entrepreneurial insight. She understands the importance of accurate bookkeeping, structured payroll systems, and proactive business compliance. This experience inspired her to establish ProWise Financial Solutions to help business owners stay financially organized and legally compliant.
